On 18 April 2023, Ukraine's Ministry of Finance announced that the Cabinet of Ministers has approved a draft law amending the Law for the Ratification of the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI).
