The Ukraine State Fiscal Service (SFS) recently issued guidance regarding new registration requirements for permanent establishments, which apply from 1 January 2021. This includes that non-residents must register a permanent establishment before commencing business activities in Ukraine, and if business activities begin before registering, this will be considered tax evasion.
