Ukraine has published Letter No. 72/14-612/1-96203 of 15 August 2023 from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the termination of the 1995 pension agreement with Belarus. As previously reported, Ukraine published Law No. 3117-IX in June 2023 for the termination of the agreement, which applies from the date specified in the notice of termination from Ukraine. The letter confirms that the termination is effective from 23 December 2023.
