Ukraine has published Law 3453-IX in the Official Gazette, which lifts the general moratorium on tax audits that was introduced during the period of martial law that was implemented as a result of the war with Russia. However, tax audits remain suspended until December 2024 for individual entrepreneurs (groups I and II) and for legal entities located in occupied territories and territories where hostilities continue. The law entered into force on 8 December 2023.
