Ukraine's Ministry of Finance has announced that it is developing a regulatory framework for the implementation of the BEPS Plan by the end of the year, including for the implementation of Law No. 466, which entered into force in May 2020 and includes several BEPS measures ({News-2020-05-26/A/5-previous coverage}).
