On 14 November 2019, the Ukraine Parliament adopted the Law on the State Budget for 2020. The Law does not contain any tax measures but does set the minimum wage and minimum subsistence level amounts. This includes that the minimum wage is UAH 4,723 per month with effect from 1 January 2020 and the general minimum subsistence level is UAH 2,027 from 1 January 2020, UAH 2,118 from 1 July 2020, and UAH 2,189 from 1 December 2020 (varying levels also set for different categories of persons).
