The Ukraine Parliament is considering Draft Law 6120, which was submitted on 30 September 2021 and provides for a change in the reporting period for individual income tax and social security contributions. This includes various amendments to the Ukraine Tax Code in order to change the reporting period from a quarterly period to a monthly period, which would increase employer reporting requirements. If approved, the changes would apply from 1 January 2022.
