Ukraine's Ministry of Digital Transformation is consulting on a draft proposal for the introduction of a new intellectual property (IP) regime. The regime would provide for an 80% reduction in taxable income derived from the use of qualifying IP, with the remaining 20% subject to the standard 18% corporate rate.
