On 28 January 2020, Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky signed the decrees authorizing the negotiation of a social security agreement with Serbia and the signing of a social security agreement with Turkey. The agreement will be the first of their kind between Ukraine and the respective countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
