Ukraine has published Law No. 3117-IX, which entered into force on 22 June 2023 and provides for the termination of the 1995 pension agreement with Belarus. As per the terms of the agreement, the termination would apply from the date specified in the notice of termination from Ukraine, which may not be earlier than 6 months after Belarus receives the notice.
