On 29 January 2020, Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers approved an order authorizing the Ministry of Finance to sign an amending protocol to the 1996 tax treaty with Denmark. The protocol must be signed and ratified before entering into force and reportedly includes amendments to bring the treaty in line with the OECD BEPS minimum standards.
