As part of Ukraine's new law for economic growth, several changes have been introduced regarding VAT and other taxes.
Imported Goods VAT
From April 1st 2014, goods imported to the Ukrainian customs territory are exempt from VAT if their aggregate value is bellow a €150 threshold. The exemption threshold for imported goods was increased from €100 to €150 and the threshold for goods imported by mail or unaccompanied luggage was decreased from €300 to €150.
