On 11 November 2021, the Andorran General Council (parliament) approved the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with Hungary. The treaty, signed 8 October 2021, is the first of its kind between the two countries.
Taxes Covered
The treaty covers Andorran corporate income tax, personal income tax, tax on income for fiscal non-residents, and tax payable on the increase in value in immovable property transfers. It covers Hungarian personal income tax and corporate tax.
