As previously reported, Curacao's Ministry of Finance announced on 21 June 2021 that a decision was made to relax the conditions for the tax holiday incentives for property (land) development due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. This includes the condition to make available (sale/rent) at least 80% of a property to foreign persons is temporarily reduced to 20%.
