As previously reported, Denmark extended the tax Return Deadlines to 1 September 2020 as a result of the challenges of COVID-19. It has since been clarified that this extension also applies for transfer pricing documentation, which must be prepared and available by the extended return deadline. If documentation is not available in its entirety, the tax authority may make an estimate of controlled transactions.
