Update - Greek Prime Minister Confirms Planned Tax Rate Cuts

As previously reported, Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis confirmed on 7 September that the government is planning to introduce rate cuts and other planned tax measures. Further information on the plans has become available, which includes:

  • A reduction in the corporate tax rate from 28% to 24%;
  • A reduction in the dividends withholding tax rate from 10% to 5%;
