According to recent reports, Jordan has entered into negotiations for income tax treaties with Denmark, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Finland, Guyana, Japan, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Norway, Paraguay, San Marino, the Slovak Republic, South Africa, Taiwan, and the United States. Any resulting treaties would be the first of their kind between Jordan and the respective countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
