Update - Kyrgyzstan Approves Draft Tax Treaty With the U.A.E.

On 23 July 2014, the Kyrgyzstan government approved for signature the draft income tax treaty with the United Arab Emirates, and authorized the Ministry of Economy to sign the treaty. Negotiations for the treaty began in January 2013

The treaty will be the first of its kind between the two countries, and must be signed and ratified before entering into force.
