On 25 March 2022, Moldova published Law No. 45 of 10 March 2022 in the Official Gazette, which provides for the ratification of the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (MCAA). The MCAA provides for the exchange of information under the OECD Common Reporting Standard (CRS). Moldova intends to exchange information under CRS from September 2023.
