Morocco published the Amending Finance Law for 2020 in the Official Gazette on 27 July 2020. Further to the measures {News-2020-07-21/A/8-previous coverage}, the law includes:
- a one-year extension for the 36-month VAT exemption regime applicable to the acquisition of investment goods acquired by newly incorporated companies not exhausted before 24 March 2020;
