Serbia's Ministry of Finance has updated its tax treaty webpage, confirming that the 2013 income tax treaty with Morocco has entered into force and will apply from 1 January 2023. As previously reported, the treaty was signed on 6 June 2013 and is the first of its kind between the two countries.
