A tax information exchange agreement between Guernsey and Turks and Caicos was signed by Guernsey on 24 April 2014, and by Turks and Caicos on 24 July 2014. The agreement is the first of its kind between the two jurisdictions and is in line with the OECD standard on information exchange.
The agreement will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged, and will apply from that date.
