The income and capital tax treaty between Saudi Arabia and Turkmenistan was signed on 1 May 2016 and entered into force on 1 April 2017. The treaty is the first of its kind between the two countries.
Taxes Covered
The treaty covers Saudi Zakat and income tax including the natural gas investment tax, and covers Turkmen tax on profits (income) of juridical persons, tax on income of individuals, and tax on property.
