On 13 June 2014, Uruguay ratified the tax information exchange agreement with Australia. The agreement was signed 10 December 2012, and applies for all taxes of both countries.
The agreement will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged, and will apply retroactively from 1 January 2013.
