The Vietnam Ministry of Finance has announced the issuance of Resolution No. 29/NQ-CP by Prime Minister Nguyễn Xuân Phúc for the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with the United States. The treaty, signed 7 July 2015, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged.
