A WTO panel issued a report on 15 September 2020 regarding U.S. tariffs on Chinese goods that were introduced by the U.S. in 2018 following a Section 301 investigation by the USTR into China’s acts, policies, and practices related to technology transfer, intellectual property, and innovation.
