Recently, the Ministry of Finance published on its website a list with the 64 states with which the Slovak Republic has concluded tax treaties ("White List"). Even though already published, the list is currently for informative purposes only, but it will become legally binding on 1 March 2014 when stricter tax rules will be applicable for persons residing in other states than the states included on the White List.
