Zimbabwe published the Joint Venture Act in its Official Gazette on 12 February 2016 following its recent passage by parliament and assent by the President. The Act provides for the implementation of joint venture agreements between contracting authorities and counter-parties, and establishes the rules governing the public-private procurement process.
