Privacy Policy
This policy addresses how Orbitax LLC (“Orbitax”) treats personal information collected on our website, or that we otherwise receive, including information related to your use of our site and services, and information that we collect through our products and services that reference this policy. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available, and includes information that we receive through cookies, flash cookies, web beacons, pixels, web server logs, JavaScript, and other tracking technologies even if you are not a registered user (collectively “Cookies”). The provisions in this policy that addresses issues that are specific to Cookies are referred to as the Cookie Policy.
By using our website, you consent to our collection and use of personal information consistent with the policies and procedures in this policy, as we amend or revise them from time to time. This policy, as amended or revised by us from time to time, is also part of our Website Use Agreement.
The Information We Collect
We do not require visitors to supply personally identifiable information when accessing public areas of the site. When you browse the website, you do so anonymously, unless you have submitted an online registration form. We do log your IP address (the Internet address of your computer) to give us an idea of which part of our website you visit and how long you spend there. But we do not link your IP address to any personal information unless you have registered with Orbitax through a registration form or account.
We do collect personally identifiable information when you register, access certain restricted site areas, place an order or subscribe for use of our software or other service, request other information, or otherwise communicate with us about our product and service offerings. Additionally, we may collect personally identifiable information when you register to attend a seminar, ask to be included in an email or other mailing list, submit a request to participate in a promotion, or you submit your personal information to us for any other reason. From time to time, we receive personal information from business partners and vendors. We only use such information if it has been collected in accordance with acceptable industry privacy practices consistent with this policy and applicable laws. Personally identifiable information may be merged with other information we already know, such as whether you are a current Orbitax customer, or whether you or your organization has had past contact with Orbitax sales or marketing activities.
We use Stripe for payments, analytics, and other business services. Stripe may collect personal data including via cookies and similar technologies. The personal data Stripe collects may include transactional data and identifying information about devices that connect to its services. Stripe uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us, including for fraud detection, loss prevention, authentication, and analytics related to the performance of its services. How we use the Information
We collect private information for a variety of reasons, including our effort to inform you of such things as product upgrades, special offers, and to ensure that you have access to information that is likely to be of interest to you. However, we do not sell or rent personally identifiable information to other organizations. On occasion, we may share personally identifiable information with business affiliates if required to provide you with services to which you have subscribed.
Security
We take measures to protect the security of your personal information and to ensure that your choices for its intended use are honored, and to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We strive to utilize a secure environment for credit card transactions. Once a transaction has cleared your credit card information is not stored by us, unless you have authorized us to store that information.

If you establish an account with us, it is password protected so that only you can access it and view the information relevant to the account. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. We will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or e-mail. Ultimately, you are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and any account information.
Orbitax's web sites may contain "links" to other non-Orbitax websites. If, by using a link from our site, you access the website or services of a third party then the protection of your information relating to their services will be governed by the privacy policy of the third party. It is also possible that non-Orbitax websites may link into Orbitax websites. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices employed by those non-Orbitax web sites.
Your Choices
You may request at any time that the personally identifiable information you provide to us not be used for direct email marketing purposes by Orbitax.
To make this request you may contact Orbitax at privacy@orbitax.com and we will remove your email address from our email distributions.
Additionally, at the bottom of each marketing email Orbitax sends we provide a link to opt-out of the email list. By clicking on this link you will be guided through the automated process that will remove your email address from being included in future mailings.

In addition to collecting personally identifiable information that you provide to, we also collect information through Cookies. Orbitax has adopted policies to protect information supplied by its subscribers that "personal data" (as defined by Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 (the "EU Data Protection Directive") and as defined by GDPR), "nonpublic personal information" (as defined by the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act, 15 U.S.C. §6809), and "personally identifiable information" (as defined by the National Institute of Standards and Technology of the U.S. Department of Commerce (NIST); see NIST Special Publication 800-122, April 2010), and to comply with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF), and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF), and Data Privacy Framework principles of Notice, Choice, Accountability for Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation, Access, Recourse Enforcement and Liability and all applicable Supplemental Principles as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce and other applicable data protection laws, rules and regulations.
